OK, before I even start in on this, I just want you to know not to take this question seriously,(I would hope no one would do this or has done it if you can) the kind of thing you may think about in that state of delerium just before you fall asleep. It just popped into my head a few days ago & have been pondering an answer since then. Here goes... I know that if you marry a citizen of another country you get dual citizenship to that country(such as my dad has duel with China 'cause of my stepmom). From what I understand, myself and millions of other inhabitants of Earth would love E.U. citizenship. It seems like an easy way for a male to acquire E.U. citizenship would be to pay a certain someone in Amsterdam's Red Light District enough money to marry him for long enough to become naturalized. I have NO intentions of acquiring citizenship in this manner. It was just one of those "What If" questions that got me thinking...
