Jordo....crying as I type this...what a sweet thought indeed. She will make one hell of a terrific backpackers guardian angel. Thanks for planting that idea in my head. Cil...we need to share this sentiment I think!

Although I never knew her, it sounds as if Mouse accomplished a great deal in her life and had many people who loved her. She made the most of the life she had. What a shame it wasn't longer.

I want to send my deepest sympathies to Jane's family and all those who knew her and were touched by her... At least she is free from her suffering, and it's comforting to know she can watch over us!

I am truly sorry to hear of the loss of your friend, and offer my sincere condolences to Jane's family and friends. It's difficult to understand why this happens to good people at such a young age. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I have to say a chill ran up my spine when I began reading about Jane the moment this song came on the player:
If you twist and turn away If you tear yourself in two again If I could, yes I would If I could, I would let it go Surrender, dislocate
If I could throw this lifeless Lifeline to the wind Leave this heart of clay See you walk, walk away Into the night And through the rain Into the half-light And through the flame
If I could through myself Set your spirit free I'd lead your heart away See you break, break away Into the light And to the day
To let it go And so to fade away To let it go And so fade away
True colors fly in blue and black Bruised silken skies and burning flack Colors crash, collide in blood shot eyes
If I could, you know I would If I could, I would let it go
This desparation Dislocation Separation Condemnation Revelation In temptation Isolation Desolation
Let it go And so to fade away To let it go And so fade away
I'm wide awake I'm not sleeping
My heart goes out to all those she touched.
Charlene.
