How much time in each city?

I'll be in Europe for a few months. I wanted to know how much time anyone recommends for staying in the following cities.
London
Paris
Barcelona
Florence
Rome
Athens
Amsterdam

Barcelona rates at least 3 days.
Florence, at least 2. Ginger will disagree, for sure.
Rome, i was there 5 and didn't feel that i'd done the town justice.
Amsterdam, minimum of 3 days (great art museums!)

I'll pretty much agree with David....although I always think Florence needs 3. However, if you are not greatly interested in museums (art) then 2 would suffice to see the city.

He did not address London..I'll say minimum 4, Paris, again 4....Athens, one day/one night, Amsterdam could be done in 2...again if art museums are not your cup of tea.

And totally agree with Rome.....5 days should be your minimum time frame for this city!

and btw....these are my opinion of bare ass MINIMUMS for these places. And added day or two in each is suggested.
