Nitsansh IM'd me these answers:
in no particular order...
The highest station in Europe is Jungfraujoch in Switzerland. Avila is a provincial capital in Spain, some 100 KM west of Madrid, known for its complete walls and the birthplace of a famous saint... King Friedrich II built Sansoussi palace at Potsdam. Rembandt's Nightwatch is at the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam. The famous masterpiece made in 1512... I guess that refers to the Mona Liza of Leonardo de Vinci, which one can see at the Louvre in Paris... The fisherman bastion is on the castle hill in Budapest.
He's got 6 of the 9...anyone else? Oh, and the Mona Lisa is not the answer I was looking for although it fits. Anyone else? 5, 7, & 8 are still unanswered. ;D
