Don't forget the Rome Lovers! It's simple, there are 4 clubs here (ok I may be forgetting some but hey!) The Brugges Lovers The Florence Lovers The Gimmelwald Lovers (yyeah!!!) The Prague/Dresden Lovers Oh, and the towel lovers, (huh Willtravel?  ) heheheh |

How do i become a member of the towel lovers?? is there an application process, sounds very interesting..... ;D You have to email hostels and hotels, or any place you are thinking about staying, to ask about the quality and quantity of their towel offerings. Failing that, you have to carefully scour the net for all references to their towels. Then on your return, you have to write reviews that detail your experiences in this respect. Seriously, I have noticed that more and more of the hostels on Hostelworld seem to be offering towels now. Maybe because it's a listed item now, and it's a clear competitive advantage to have towels available, even if for a fee. The situation definitely seems to be improved over a few years ago. |

It's a beautiful city with a lot of history... i also really liked Sienna. the problem there was the HI Hostel was too far from the city. bus service was few & far between in the evenings. [should have just sprung for a taxi, must learn to fight those miserly impulses!] - d |
