Accomodation in Barcelona - Needed!!

Hi! I'm gonna be going to Barcelona on 19th of Jan 2003, for three months, on a placement as part of my drama course. I'm finding it really hard to find cheap accomodation for such a strange period of time ( a week- maybe, a year - definately, three months - no way!). Of course! Anything around 250 euros, i think. Anything over would be pushing it abit!

Plenty and Illuminated room (which could be shared with somebody). This flat has a nice terrace and it is very well situated near Gaudí’s Parc Güell and next to the metro station “Vallcarca” (line 3); in addition, there is an outstanding bus service going to “Plaça Catalunya” day and night. The commercial area of Republica Argentina street surrounds the neighbourhood, which is flood of supermarkets, convenience stores, bars, gas station, beauty saloons, etc. The rent includes water, light, gas and cleaning lady service, but there is still a monthly fee to support some house supplies and minor expenses (tissue rolls for WC, liquid soap, etc.)
