As this is to be my maiden transatlantic flight, I was wondering how to creatively spend my time between arrival, let's say at 10am in Geneva (while my body thinks or 4 or 5am) and I can't check in until early afternoon at best.
I have never flow east before at the start of a trip, just Phoenix or Portland to New York, only 2-3 hours difference, returning home.
Is napping in the park permissible?

thinkingabouteurope, check my other reply for more suggestions; perhaps Geneva isn't the most logical staring point? OR, you could always book a slightly later flight so that you arrive at your first destination in the early afternoon??
Cheers!!!
