On August 30, 2002 I read some hostel reviews by a couple of female travelers who said that they experienced weird things at the Pink Floyd hostel in Rome.
I was not present, so I cannot say whether this happened for sure. Therefore, I posted on Let’s Go bulletin board a comment whether anyone stayed at the hostel recently (summer 2002) so that I could confirm or deny the stories that I had read. I never received any response until February 23, 2003 when a man who claimed his name was Marco and was the owner of the Pink Floyd hostel wrote to me. He insisted that such things do not occur at his hostel and that he employs only female staff at his hostel during the night shift.
I have no intention to injure this hostel’s reputation and I did not post my comment maliciously. I merely posted a brief comment and sought confirmation or denial. So far, I have only received one single email, from this Marco. If I do not receive any more emails (not anonymous) than I will be forced to believe that Marco is correct and I may have been misled.
