25E hotel in Rovinj

While searching for accomodation in Rovinj (Istria, Croatia), I found this place that charge 25 Euro for a single room with half-board!

As the choice of budget accomodation for this part of the world is either this hotel or rooms in private house (B&B), of which I have no idea about, I lean towards making a reservation there...

This is the first time I travel to a region where there are hardly any hostels... unfamiliar territory for me... also there are very few trains in Croatia... no wonder that not many backpackers go there...

The joy was short-lived... this morning I got an E-mail that informed me the cheap hotel is not open during my visit... they suggested another hotel nearby for 35 Euro (single, HB)...
not the sort of price I'm looking for...

Besides that... there is real possibility that a general strike in Israel will start on Wednesday, and my flight on Thursday morning is at risk of being cancelled!

Because of the strike, I fly tommorrow morning instead of Thursday!!
In an hour or two, I leave to the airport, where I'll spend the night in anticipation for the 5.50 departure to Budapest!
