Jusy wondering if anybody has any info on the following hostels
Copenhagen Sleep In Heaven Hostel City Public Hostel
Amsterdam Last Waterhole Flying Pig Downtown Meeting Point
Any ideas for hostels in Lisbon and Madrid? Is there any way to make a reservation from the U.S for these hostels? These are the first stops on my trip. Just trying to get any opinions to help narrow the possibilities

Aneubis, I haven't stayed at those Copenhagen hostels, but I researched the issue fairly thoroughly because I'm going to Copenhagen in July. (See my posts elsewhere about Copenhagen hostels.)
Basically, they have a factory or warehouse feeling to them, with dozens of beds in the same room. Lots of people seem to be happy with them, but I didn't like the concept. The problem is that a central hostel with only a few beds to a room is scarcely available and if so, costs a lot more. The YHA hostels have a reasonable number of beds, but require a bus or train connection (not that long, though).
