I'm thinking of staying at these two hotels: Hotel Euroglobe: www.aok.dk/E/V/CPHDK/0006/40/78/6.htmlHotel Loeven: www.aok.dk/E/V/CPHDK/0004/46/09/3.htmlIn each case, we would have a double room with two beds, and bathrooms down the hall. Has anyone stayed at either? I saw one negative review of the Euroglobe in Danish, but I would hate to rely just on one review. I haven't seen any reviews of the Hotel Loeven. |

Think I just replied to you about this on Eurotrip but here's what I said.. I can recommend a great pension, we stayed there when we were in Copenhagen. It's very central, we walked from the station, although I highly recommend taking the bus! Once you are there, you can walk pretty much anywhere. It's 450k a night for a double room, shared bathroom. I have written to them as I said on the other forum too.  I noticed on the web site that the manager will do a load of your laundry for 100 DKK also - which is probably worth the price. I think I worked out it would cost at least 60 DKK to do a wash and dry at a laundromat. The web site did not specify, but sometimes these places do not have two beds in a double room, which is what I need. Anyway, we'll see when he writes back. |

Our room had a double bed but I'm pretty sure there was a room with twin beds. There isn't a ton of rooms (maybe 5?) so it's nice and quiet.

Unfortunately, the Chickens Pension doesn't have rooms available starting on July 1. (They do for some of the later nights, but not all.)
They do have a room with 2 beds that are pushed together (I think you can see this on the site if you look closely), but that wouldn't be suitable in any event. He did send a Word document that lists other B&B proprietors in the same area and elsewhere who charge the same prices.
