Ostello Cinque Terre question

This is kind of a dumb question but I want to try and make reservations at Ostello Cinque Terre and there was something I'm not sure about on their reservation page.
In the Inquiry box you can only choose "Let me know the availabilityfor" or "Please send me more information...", there is not a choice for actually making a reservation (I assume because the dates you want may be full), but they still ask for credit card info.
So if I want to make a reservation, do I just choose the "Let me availability" box and fill in my credit card info, and then if the days are available the reservation is made, or do they email me back and I have to confirm the reservation somehow?

I didn't see it asking specifically for a credit card number on the form, but i see what you mean on the page beforehand.

To tell you the truth, it's poorly designed in my opinion.

My guess would be the same as yours, to choose "Let me know the availability" and then put in the info and they'll send you either a confirmation number, or a "we're full" email.

Not very straightforward though, is it.

if you are nervous about giving your credit card number, another option is to call/fax or email them: Tel: [phone]; fax 92 02 18; Email [e-mail]
