I made a reservation back in March at the Bulldog hostel in Amsterdam as I have heard great things about them. I needed to make some changes to the days I arrive and leave Amsterdam and I emailed them. The email quickly bounced back to me, even though the address is the one from their website. I tried calling them, but the number is disconnected. Anybody know what happened to them?

What number did you call? As far as I know, they are still around.

I emailed them a couple weeks ago and it didn't get bounced back. Let me know if these are what you tried and I will see what I can do - let me know the changes you want to make.
