Less than a week til wheels up - I can hardly believe it!
We (my travel buddy and I) fly out on the 3rd from Chicago and arrive in Frankfurt the morning of the 4th. ;D Then we go in a mis-shapen counter-clockwise pattern, landing in Rome on June 24th to meet up with people, and a round-about way back to Frankfurt for departure (July 7th for him, July 29th for me).
I'm currently working on a way to post pics and updates to a webpage as I go so friends and family can "keep up" with me - I'll keep y'all posted (pun originally unintended, but it cracked me up, so now it's intended
) as to how that's going...
On a sidenote - I don't know what I would have done without all of you and your posts in planning this - thanks for all the ideas and advice!!
