Never underestimate the joy of keeping your head
on the same pillow for more than one day at a time.
It is so tiring, packing everything up, getting to the
train (or plane), getting to a new city, finding where
to sleep, making up the bed etc. The hostel in
Budapest was the only one I was ever in that the bed
was already made (luxury!).
Amsterdam is a great city. It has everything,
canals, warm people who speak English, museums, and
history rolled up into one. And the coffehouses! Was
in one across the street from the Laundromat (much
more comfy than the Laundromat!) a guy walks in, hey how ya doing, a coffee and 2 pre-rolls
please!
So, just chilling in Amsterdam right now, will
