Short term rentals in Paris

I am staying in Paris for the month of June. I am going with a friend, and we are looking to rent an apartment for the month. We have both been to Paris before, and are looking forward to returning.

Does anyone have any experience with short-term rentals in Paris? Can anyone recommend or warn me off of any of the agencies? Basically we would like to keep our costs down, so we don't care if it is small, but we hope it can be clean and safe.

Any thoughts, anyone?
