hey guys, michelle here. Now that i have my route down, I have some hostel questions. Here's a list of the hostels I think I'll go with. Please help me choose the better of the 2 and let me know if there's any better ones or if any in my list are just awful. that would be a great help!!

Wonbats City Hoster or Westend City Hostel or Hostel Ruthensteiner?? (Need help for Vienna) Amsterdam (4nights) StayOkay Vondelpark/Stadsdoelen or the Bulldog hostel Back to London - 2 free nights in the Shaftsbury Kensington

OK, here's what I would pick - and I haven't stayed at all of these but based on what I've heard etc.
London (3 nights) - Globetrotter Inn Rome (5 nights) - Beehive hostel Florence (3 nights) - Ostello archi rossi Swiss Alps (4 nights) Backpackers Villa Interlaken (definately, I have stayed there, it's awesome) Munich (3 nights) Wombat's City Hostel Vienna (3 nights) Wombats City Hostel Amsterdam (4 nights) StayOkay Vondelpark or the Bulldog hostel. OK, this one depends on what you want. The StayOkays are quiet and the Bulldog is more of a fun sort of hostel.

the torrestas looks really nice!! does anyone have a better idea about prices though, they are very vague - double room for 50 to 120 euros??! I'm going at the end of May, do you think it'll be the 120 E? I can't really afford that much. ~michelle~

The only way to find out is to ask. It might be that the cheapest room has no bathroom and is up six flights of stairs, and the most expensive is the opposite. I don't know if that's the case, but sometimes it is.

i stayed in paris in le village. and it was clean and fun. breakfast sucked, but good breakfasts in hotels are rare (exception being ostello archi rossi). it was close to a metro and not far from the gare du nord.
i second kim's suggestions for rome and florence. i stayed in both and were the two best hostels in 6 weeks of travel.
