Hostel suggestions, madrid, barcelona

Hi,
i'm going to be in Madrid and Barcelona in may. I'm a bit late on booking hostels i know but i wanted to see if anyone had some suggestions.

I dont mind a hostel that has some life in it but i also do want to get a good nights sleep as well, i'm there to see things not get drunk.

in barcelona i just stayed at Centric point.. it was pretty good. not the most quiet place though.
