B&B Rota - Venice

Has anyone ever stayed at, or heard of, the B&B Rota in Venice? I will be in Venice for two full days and one night. Was thinking of staying here. Most of my hostels at my other desinations are cheaper, but I thought since I"ll only be here for one night, it's okay.
