Appihotel or Mary's in paris?

Hey..

Which is "better," appihotel or mary's? i can't decide.. ill only be staying in paris for four nights, so i want something closer to the major sights (appihotel), but marys seems really fine too..

has anyone been to either one?

turns out peace/love is a "party" place... which is what im looking for.. but appihotel for eg is MUCH cheaper, and i dont mind it being in a red light district....

will it be dull there?
plz help!

i saw that already, but both reviews of mary's and appihotel were positive, so i still have no idea what to choose..
