Appartment in Budapest?

My boyfriend and I are looking for accommodation recommendations in Budapest (we'll be there for at least a week in August for the Sziget festival), and probably elsewhere in Hungary as well. We'd like something more private than an hostel, preferably with a kitchen so we could save on meals, so an appartment looks like the best deal.

Anyone has suggestions for rentals, or just not-to-be-missed accommodation in Budapest or other Hungarian towns?
