list of hostels if you have a great one please add

Hi! I'm going to Mykonos, Santorini, Ios, Rome, Monaco, Nice, Florence, Venice, Budapest, Vienne, Prague, Berlin & Amsterdam! I have heard of The Circus in Berlin but besides that I'm just scanning the boards...
I would love a bed near or on the beach and I like to spend about 15-25 euro/night. that being said I am not looking for a place to far away to enjoy or to unkind to guests, i'd love to stay at the top notch value-wise hostels at each location, meet lots of travelers and have lots of good times.

my trip begins in israel so I'll probably need a hostel there for 3 nights. I am traveling with one friend. the trip begins june 15th and ends july 20th. i may not come back home if I have a good enough time!

oh, and i have heard about curfews... is this a problem? are their even such a thing?

Well, for Vienna I suggest Wombats Lounge! Great staff, great place, a little on the expensive side, but good nightlife and not so badly situation. Very modern and clean!

For Prague, stay away from Apple hostel and V Pozdamci as one is well situated but terrible and the other is not terrible but badly situated!

Well I have had some great stays in Amster-freakin-dam at the flying pig! They have a beach hostel that might be worth checking out, although I've not stayed there myself.

But to be honest it's only really for you if you fancy the "coffee shop" aspects of Amsterdam. Otherwise I can fully recommend the Stayok Vondelpark - very clean and friendly.

Also I can vouch for the Circus. I had a great time when I stayed there. Very very friendly.

uptown or downtown? what are the best local coffeeshops, something not touristy

I'd say the Central Backpacker in Florence and the ad1house in Rome.
