Hi guys! Im just so full of questions it's ridiculous..... so i'm sooooooo glad i have found this place (although i'm sure i'm getting pretty annoying! haha) SO.... I had no problem sleeping in airports when i backpacked NZ/AUS but i was just wondering if it was the same case in europe. Would it be okay/safe to do it in places like Paris,London,Madrid? Thanks i appreciate your help Amanda

Try here: www.sleepinginairports.net/Personally, lots of people like to do it, but I am somewhat opposed. My aunt had her purse with her passport and money stolen from her while she was awake and at a London airport. Who knows what could happen when you are sleeping.

Sleeping in airports wouldn't be my choice, although I've had short "naps" in the past while waiting for a flight. I generally try to get out of airports as soon as possible. Some airports might discourage the practise, but also as WT pointed out there's also the issue of being more vulnerable to theft while you're sleeping.

Sleeping in Airports? . . . I think that was just ok.
But "safety first"
Europe was a nice place. lots of popular place.

have done this a few times, to catch early morning flights. most recently at Zürich Airport.
that time, there was one other there, had no interactions with him until 4ish, when airport security woke us to check ID.
