I'm going with a friend, so should we just book the hostel together? It seems like it would be easier (money wise) to do it separately. But I don't know if there would be complications, like we wouldn't be able to stay in the same room or anything. (We're going for the dorm option for all the hostels.)
Thanks for the help!

i only book ahead during holiday times (eastern, christmas, long weekend), so you can always change your mind if you arrive there and figure out that your hostel looks much worse than on the picture you have seen on the internet. couldn't really see any difference in prices if you book for 1 or 2 persons, you just get a small discount if you book for a longer period, like a week or so or for a group of 10 persons or more.

Do it for the two of you. There's a feature that gives you the option of choosing how many beds you want (in a dorm room, you'd pick 2). That's all there is to it.
