Hello Ray!
I must say I am following your adventures as I plan my journey to Prague on the 17 to the 20th of September!
I was wondering if you could tell me....I plan to see most of these things. I wanted to know if I basically had enough time, if I could walk everything around or would i need a lot of transport...

I don't plan to spend hours in each museum, but they are free with the prague card, so I will have a look!

Also, do you know a place with cheap accomodations, like habitants that house people for culture or stuff like that?

Hi Jen,

If you give yourself three days, you will have enough time to do all of these things. But you will be busy! All sights are accessible by the fantastic public transportation system here. A three-day pass will cost you 70 Kc, less than US$3. This pass works for unlimited use on the metro, trams, and buses. However, many of the sights you choose are easily within walking distance of one another.

As for accommodation, I don't know a whole lot about seeking accommodation here. I had arranged a temporary place when I first got here until I got an apartment, which is where I have been ever since. I can ask around, though, and I will post something here if I find out anything.

Are your dates for Prague set in stone? I would love to show you around when you are here, but my old college roommate is getting married that weekend and I will be in Washington, DC for the wedding. If your dates change, let me know.

Great list of things to do and see, by the way. I haven't made it to all of those yet! ;D

Thanks a whole lot Ray!
I think my dates are pretty much set, but you never know, may decide to stay a little here and there and it may change for a few days! My plane ticket may vary also!
