Hi ya Ray, Since you seem to be the world traveler these days  thought I would ask....Will be in Venice 16 - 20 Dec and again 02-05 Jan.....beginning and ending my trip there due to best flight fare. Any chance you will be in the 'big 3' of Italy during those dates collectively? If so, would love to meet up somewhere! ging |

Hi Ging,
Right now, I don't have plans to be in Italy. The original plan was to meet my family for Christmas in Paris. However, this is starting to look a little shaky. If this falls through, I don't know what I will do over Christmas, but I will undoubtedly be travelling somewhere!
I will keep you updated. Italy actually sounds pretty enticing. There is a cheap airline here (Volare) that flies to Venice for next to nothing.
Either way, have a fantastic trip! I am off to Amsterdam next weekend for a reunion of sorts with friends from here and London. After that, I will be going to Tallinn, Estonia in the middle of November for a long weekend. Tallinn has been a place I have been dying to get to for a long time and I am so excited!

Would thoroughly enjoy meeting up somewhere.....you know when I will be there, if any opportunities arrive on your end just let me know. For the record, my schedule is: 16-20 Dec - Venice 20-27 Dec- Florence 27-02 Dec/Jan - Rome 02-06 Jan - Venice Have already booked hotels in each city so have POC.....if you can make it that way let me know. ging and yes, hotels....remember I'm old and not a hostel person!  but hardly 5 star hotels either.... |
