NY Times had a mention of this this week so I went looking for more info. Right next to Notre Dame.....surely not hostel pricing but if you can afford to spend a bit more this is quite resonable for Paris, especially for the location!

Used primarily by medical staff and the families of hospital patients, the 14 spotless rooms are brightly decorated with modern furnishings and feature spacious bathrooms, TV, telephone, safe, and wi-fi internet access.
Some rooms have views of Nôtre Dame’s famous gargoyles, and two rooms have been specially adapted for disabled travellers. All guests have access to the quiet courtyard gardens, and room service is available from 7am-8pm. Although you’re basically staying in a hospital, where else are you going to find a hotel this thoroughly sanitised?
