Russia has just launched its first budget airline, Sky Express. At the moment they are only flying from Moscow to the Black Sea, but plan to add more routes as they gain popularity. Will be interesting to chart their progress. www.skyexpress.ru/en/ |

Maybe it's not fair, but somehow a Russian airline is going to make me leery, based both on historical reality and the current situation in Russia.

I agree with WT - its aviation history is kind of sketchy and there's been a lot of debate regarding their safety issues.
