David, that's incredible! It will be nice if they can offer fares like that, but with fuel surcharges increasing on a regular basis, I don't think they'll be able to maintain the fares at that level. Even if they completely fill each flight, there won't be enough to cover operating costs for the flight, and of course landing fees. Perhaps they'll use a "sliding scale", with the seats getting more expensive as the flight fills up?
I guess we'll have to wait and see?

I'd be willing to travel down to certain US cities to take advantage of this - anything to save me a dollar! But as Eagle pointed out, it's all about the fuel surcharge so I'm on a wait-and-see basis.

Ryanair always uses a sliding scale, with seats getting more expensive, the longer you wait. So I am not seeing them give up on that stategy, also I thin they will take some money back on the drinks and the food they sell. I am also curious, how much bagage you can bring, and how many seats they will try to fit into the plane. (legroom? what do you need it for?)
