Hello all,
It's our last night in Barcelona, and in Spain. Tomorrow we leave to return to France, to visit Provence. We've had a great time in Barcelona. So many more tourists than I expected, but also less crime, great weather and lots of great architecture. Seeing Sagrada FAmilia was a thrill for both of us!
We've been spending most of our time seeing architecture, all the great Gaudi stuff, the Barcelona Pavilion, and just enjoying the city. We've finally gotten comfortable with Spanish, and we're moving on! Isn't that how it always goes?
It's good to hear from so many of you - I'm glad to hear so many compliments about Rob's photos and mama's website! We've definitely hit a spot of homesickness in the past few days, so the emails help
We've really enjoyed our stay in Spain, I think we'll take a Spanish class before we come again. That's the best piece of advice I think I can give to everyone. Learn Spanish!
Back to the land of crepes and language we can understand!
