Fluky US Airways sale (via Travelocity) to LONDON

Don at the Eurotrip.com/forum site found this odd sale.

Leaving from various destinations to LON, you can get a fare that is several hundred dollars cheaper than the other possibilities - if you return August 5.

I tried departure dates in July, but earlier ones might work too. Possibly other return dates will work, but August 5 certainly does - as of a few minutes ago. I found a very good SEA-LON fare with this, and am tempted to book, but can't make a commitment at this point to go.

On your mark, get set, go! This won't last long.

My only concern would be the long-term status of US Air, but I think you're protected by your credit card or something.

I was just reading on another site that this sale also works for Italian destinations! Maybe you could do an open-jaw if you are planning on traveling this summer. It's on until Wednesday, but of course availability will continually decrease.

US Air doesn't seem to have them anymore, but Continental does - at least for the month of June and from Seattle. Other departure cities and destinations might work too.
