In Rome and having a marvelous time! Let anyone whose coming know though, its HOT here! Like, over a hundred degrees and muggy! The city is still amazing though, you just have to slow down a bit. Were staying at Gullivers house here, and, as everyone says, its simply amazing! Were staying in an 8 bed room and Simon runs it more like a hotel. They make the bed and the place is spotless. He also sat us down when we first got there with a map and highlighted the different touristy type of things we might want to see. One word of advice for future travelers, dont bother with the Piramide, its definately not worth the trip. The only negatives Id give the hostel are that it has a lockout (noon to four) and a curfew of 1 am. Hes definately trying to get rid of the partiers. Theres also only two bathrooms for the whole place, so if someone is in the shower, you might have to wait a while to even use the bathroom Other than that, the place is marvelous. Were having a great time and are seeing a lot. This is our 3rd full day here, we have one more then were off to Florence, which everyone who was just there tells me is hotter than here. Anyway, just thought Id catch up, looking forward to hearing how everyone elses trip went when I get home. Ciao! Cheryl
