I know you've said that you don't want to spend much time there, but an extra day in Paris will allow you to recover from jetlag and see things. Alternatively, an extra day in Vienna would also be worth it as one day won't really give you time to see much at all. I know you just want to wander around, but trust me, you'll be mesmerised by both cities and wish you had a little extra time. Good that you're spending the time in Prague, Croatia, etc as they are places you really want to visit.
