Yes it make sense, but you are rushing it, towards the end. I would drop Lüzern, and add at least a day to Florence, and another to Rome. If you added Lüzern because it is on the way to France (home) then you need to find a couple of days.
Munich alone needs two days, and the trip to the castles is a daytrip, so you need to find another day there aswell.
Also take into account that you need to get to Krakow. If you posted the days you can actualy stay there, then it is OK. but from Prague it is still quite a trip. Maybe you could investigate if it is worth flying into Krakow from somewhere. (I think Berlin as connections with Directfly).

I'm not all that interested in seeing Italy, which is why I had such short days. I've updated the itinerary above, flying from DBV to Munich, and added a day to munich. I don't mind the 8hour trip from Prague to Krakow, I am considering adding in Warsaw as well

I haven't heard a lot of raving reviews about Warsaw, so I think you should investigate if it should be on your list.
Some things to consider: From Berlin to Prague, you can visit Dresden. You could make a stop there (leave Berlin early, get to Prague late) or consider staying a night there.
Another option from Munich is to make a daytrip to Salzburg (or even better add Salzburg, with a daytrip to Werfen or the Lakes, and then fly back to France.)
The Croatian coast in Istria (region) is beautiful. Maybe some days there would be worth considering?
