I will have about 15-18 days (hopefully more) to spend in europe. I think that instead of going to several different countries for just a couple day, I want to fly into Lisbon and then head to Spain. I have been researching Lisbon and the architecture looks amazing. After spending 2-3 days in lisbon I want to travel to Seville, Cordoba, Granada, Madrid, then Barcelona. Hopefully I would have enough time to catch a cheap flight to Florence or Rome(or both?). Do you think this is manageable? Seville, Cordoba & Granada look to be close together, or would this be too much?

If you fly into Lisbon, then you will need about 3-4 days there (depends a bit on the time of arrival, jetlag - no jetlag etc).
If you are not heading to the South of portugal, it is better to go Madrid - Cordoba - Sevilla - Granada - Barcelona.
As far as time is concerned I would take 4 days in Madrid (daytrips to Segovia and Toledo), take the AVE to Cordoba (1 day) - AVE to Sevilla (2 or 3 days) - train to Granada (2 days) and then fly to Barcelona (for another 3 or 4 days) using one of the cheap airlines (Vueling, Spanair, Clickair, AirEuropa or Iberia). To get from Lisbon to Madrid you will have the choice to either take the train or take a flight with Vueling.
Adding Italy in the mix, will take up too much of your time.
Taking the AVE you can get from Madrid to Cordoba in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Cordoba - Sevilla is 45 minutes by AVE. And the train from Sevilla (Santa Justa station) to Granada takes 3 hours, so yes these places are close to eachother.
