With the dreaded fuel surcharge Air Canada and the other airlines have been adding, the costs are going up and I don't expect they will go down anytime soon.
So....
If I book right now I can get a ticket for:
Halifax to Brussels on April 29th, returning on May 28th from Berlin (via Munich, Ottawa).
Total cost: $1204
Flying out of Halifax is expensive, more expensive than flying out of some other major cities in Canada
