Do you think I should add on all the museum and tour passes for each city to my global pass?? Or should I just wait until I arrive in each city and buy them individually??

I don't believe that it is necessary to add museum passes to your global pass, especially as I suspect you will pay an additional "handling" fee for them which will add to your budget. It is easy enough to purchase individual museum passes in each city (Paris, Rome, Vienna, etc) once you're there, they don't sell out. Check the costs of each pass vs adding them to your global pass and see if it's worth it. As for the tour passes, can't comment as have never used them - if they seem like something you'd like to do when you're in each city then go for it, otherwise look at their relevance to what you want to see in each city before you add them on.

There are a few museums you should book ahead of time, though, or face hours in line. Super point WT, totally slipped my mind (time for me to sign off for today methinks!).
