Hello! I am simply curious as to if any of the fellow travelers on this site have been to Las Fallas festival in Valencia, Spain before? It is a part of my itinerary for my trip in March and April and I just wanted to see if anyone could share some experiences with me...

I was at Las Fallas in 2001, and it was a crazy time. There are lots of people out and about, so be careful about pickpokets. This was the only time that thieves were successful in getting something from me, and they got it all!
Otherwise, it was a good event. It can be a little bit dangerous, though, with lots of people, fireworks exploding everywhere, and no regulation.
But the most amazing thing about it is that the next day, the city was spotless like nothing ever happened. Have fun!
