Im travelling through Europe over Xmas and New Years. We are doing a Contiki tour, but also need to book accommodation for London, Amsterdam, Berlin, Paris and Barcelona. here are 6 of us traveling together, so we would like to get either a 6 room dorm or two triple share rooms at cheap hotels.
We have been looking at the Generator hostel in both London and Berlin. The rooms look clean, they seem to be in good spots and they have 6 bed private rooms. Does anyone have an experience they can share with me about these places?
As for Amsterdam, Paris and Barcelona, we haven't started looking, so any recommendations are certainly welcome. We are trying to budget for around 30 euro per night. If it is a bit over thats ok, as long as the place is decent.
