So in the end, I figure that as a first time travellor, it would be easiest for me not to try to fly in and out of London, so I am now booked HFX-Paris, Frankfurt-Halifax!! And now the fun begins of heading to Chapters to start all the reading on where/what/how/why's!
Thank you all so much...you really helped us and I hope that when it gets closer to the date you all will be able to again help me settle the nerves!

sapl,
Just curious, which airline did you book your flights with?
Good luck with your research at Chapters! If you have any questions, post another note.
Cheers!

Instead of wasting money at Chapters, go to your Library!

Eagle, I went with Continental, after finding it on Expedia and getting the Flight Centre to book it. And belive me, I will come back with more questions! Libby, no worries in preperation for the eventual booking of the trip, I have all kinds of Library books on request, I just couldn't wait, so I sat and read, no buying, now I need to stick to a budget!

Exactly! Budget is the way to go before a big trip. I've been watching what I spend since last September. Unfortuatly, I got hit by a few unexpected things. I was at the Chapters in Dartmouth yesterday. They had NO maps of London
