Huerko, how are you traveling between the locations? In many of the cases, a flight would be the best option. The only other suggestion I have is that if you can have a little more time in Amsterdam and/or Rome, you'd likely appreciate it. So I'd probably suggest skipping Munich, and flying from Vienna to Rome, for example.

thank you i was also thinking about skipping Munich and going straight to Rome; about the transportation to be completely honest i don't know how to connect the cities if by train or plane.
from Barcelona to Amsterdam = plane
Rome to Barcelona = plane
and following your suggestion flying from Vienna to Rome.
can the rest be travel by train?

Check www.bahn.de to get an idea about train routes and times. I know Prague-Vienna is about 4.5-5 hours, so quite possible by train. I don't remember what Amsterdam-Prague is, but I think in the range of 9 hours. Barcelona to Amsterdam and Rome to Barcelona are definitely routes you'd want to do by plane. Check www.whichbudget.com and www.skyscanner.net to get an idea about cheap plane routes. Keep in mind that you should consider the transport to/from airports, which are sometimes not close to the city, and also additional fees like baggage, check-in, etc. You'll know the full price before you agree to buy, except for transport costs.

I assume you've bought your ticket for Barcelona already, but if you haven't, an open-jaw ticket where you fly into Barcelona and out of Rome would be a good idea.

Not a lot to add, but you can do Amsterdam - Prague also by plane, check: Sky Europe.
I would also skip either Amsterdam or Munich, but you already suggested that yourself.
