I've been seeing amazing prices on flights on the website flylc.com if you're flexible on your travel dates. Are these legit? Is there a catch that I'm missing? Thanks for the help!

I hadn't heard of it before, but I checked it out and it's legit. It's doing a similar task to what www.whichbudget.com and www.skyscanner.net do. Keep in mind that when you see a low fare, you have to consider all of the following: *All* fees, which may include credit card fee, luggage fee, check-in fee * Cost and time to get to and from the airport. Some low-cost carriers use less convenient airports, but they also usually have a way for you to get to the main city. The two most common budget airlines in Europe are Ryanair and EasyJet, but there are many others, including some very good ones. With low-cost airlines, one possible drawback is that on rare occasions, they cancel the flight and don't offer the passenger much assistance. I personally think it's a good idea to have travel insurance that will cover this scenario if you use these airlines. Of course this can also happen with major airlines during stressful circumstances - like major snowstorms, etc. - but in general major airlines are better at helping out passengers in these cases. It's also a bad idea to schedule anything too tightly before and after a budget flight, because you can have schedule changes or delays. And if you are late to the airport for your budget flight, you are usually out of luck. Your 10-Euro ticket could easily become 300 Euros if you have to buy another walkup ticket. So make sure to arrive in plenty of time.
