hi again!
here was my plan and wanted to see if this didnt sound crazy
London-Paris: buy a ticket for Eurostar Paris- Madrid: fly Madrid-Pamplona-Barcelona-Nice-Cinque Terre-Venice-Florence-Pisa-Rome: Use a select Eurorail 3 country pass (8days in 2 months) Rome-Athens: Fly Athens- Santorini: high speed ferry (there and back) Athens-Berlin: fly Berlin-Prague: rail Prague-Amsterdam: fly
Only specific question i had was the Berlin- Prague ticket-- since its not included in the Eurorail ticket, should i pre book it or book it when im there? Ill be there end of july... If I SHOULD pre book, if someone could lead me to where to do that, I would greatly appreciate it. Also, if anything else on this list is not working, please let me know! haha thanks!

you can book a berlin-prague train ticket on bahn.de for pretty cheap. I just looked at 3 months from now (they don't have the schedule up yet with prices for July yet... 92 days is the latest they go) and there are tix for 29 euros for that trip. it is around 5 hours and there are several direct trains throughout the day. I would take the earliest train possible to maximize your sightseeing in Prague (looks like the earliest train with the savings fare available leaves Berlin around 6:30am and arrives in Prague around 11:30am... not terrible.)
