Need a Scandinavian itinerary - 21 days, June-July

Any suggestions? I was planning on focusing on Noway, Sweeden, and Denmark and I'd like to see Oslo, Stockholm, and Copenhagen accordingly. I'd like to hear what other people recommend for places in between. Should I venture to Finland?

I have friends in Stavanger, Noway so I'd like to stop by there as well.

Any help is appreciated.

If your focus is on the cities, I would suggest going to Helsinki for sure. If you would like to explore the north of Scandinavia (Lapland) time would be too short to also do parts of Finland.
