I'm sorry, I wasn't sure where to post this question. I was wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to get a Visa into the UK while abroad? My friend is not a U.S. citizen, so she needs to apply for a visa into the UK. But she also needs to apply for a visa into Ireland (more important than the UK visa because we fly home from Dublin). I was wondering if she doesn't have enough time before we leave (which is in 3 in a half weeks) to send her passport out for the UK visa, is it possible to do that while in Europe? Or if she pays extra to have everything expedited, if anyone thinks she'd have her passport back before we leave? We are both just very worried she won't be able to get this visa.

P.S. I just wanted to add, she couldn't send out her passport any earlier because both countries only allow applications 3 months in advance. So the earliest she could have sent it out was May 9th. But she needed her passport for her U.S. citizenship interview date which was 2 weeks later. This was all just bad timing.
