Hello All,
My girlfriend and I are going on a 3 week trip this May-June (2011) and we have our itinerary basically set, but I was looking for some off the beaten track sights and must sees in some of the major cities in Europe. This will be my second trip - and have seen most of the major attractions, except for in Brussels and Copenhagen - and will be my girlfriends first trip, but she HATES museums and prefers to do things that aren't crowded or too well known. So if you have any advice of places that are good to hit, please let me know.
Day 1 fly into Spain - train to Aleconte Day 2,3, Spain Day 4 - Spain to Copenhagen Day 5,6 Copenhagen Day 7 - Copenhagen to Amsterdam Day 8,9 Amsterdam Day 10 - Amsterdam to Brussels Day 11,12 Brussels Day 13 - Brussels to Paris Day 14,15,16 Paris Day 17 - Paris to London Day 18,19,20 London Day 21 Fly Home
Open to ANY suggestions
Thanks Everyone,
- Zack - Check out the blog from my first trip (zzacrossthesea.blogspot.com)

I don't know if you have ever heard of a tour group called New Europe but they are amazing and free. They are located in all the major cities and they usually last between 2 and 3 hours. They take you all over the city, give you history, fun facts and most popular sites. You can find them online for a complete list of cities they do tours in. I know it may not seem that interesting, a tour I mean, but the guides make them so much fun that you are actually bummed when your FREE tour is over.

A good idea would be to actually ask some of the locals - and usually hostels will know good spots too. I'm a museum junkie but hate crowds also and love doing small little side trips. I've always found that the best places to go are usually on the outskirts of the cities also. Good luck and have fun!
