I have 2, 2.5 weeks. I'm 26 and like natural beauty as much as historical sites/museums. This is my third trip. Option A Madrid Lisbon Seville  Option B Reykjavic Edinburgh Hamburg Thanks in advance! |

Based on my personal preferences, I'd probably lean towards Option A, as I'd find those locations more interesting in terms of culture, languages, history and scenery.
I do like Edinburgh (and will be there in a few months), but have little interest in Reyjavik or Hamburg, so that's another reason I favour the other option.

The "best" itinerary will also be influenced by what time of year you're travelling. If it's Winter, and you don't like cold weather, then Option A, but Option B would suit if you revel in cold winds and a little snow.
Choosing one region to explore has its advantages, ie Option A, but if you want to see something a little different, then I'm all for Option B.
