Thanks. I been checking the air ticket prices.
Mind asking that will a 55+10 liter backpack bag (W34xD22xH70cm) able to fit into hand luggage requirement for Germanwings and easyJet? I will take this two companies as cheaper tickets they provide.
This is my second itinerary option as I might skip Paris in this tour:
21 Sept 20:40pm - Dusseldorf Airport Stay in Germany, include Amstersdam till 28 Sept 28 Sept take flight from Cologne-Bonn to Prague (11:30 - 12:45)
Prague-Vienna-Budapest Will it be a good trip for around one week there? I will make use of trains to access the border of countries.
After Budapest will get flight back to Cologne on 6th October. Spend two more days in Germany. How to reach Munich from Cologne or Dusseldorf there? I checked the cost of flight/train also will be around 50euro..

You would be best to check the dimensions of your backpack with the baggage section of each website of the airlines you're looking at. (Look under Carrier Regulations on the EasyJet site). Off the top of my head, you might have trouble with the height, but the other dimensions are well below the suggested (usual) limits.
As for your second itinerary, omitting Paris, it would be possible to visit all three places, but you will be a little rushed if you spend a decent amount of time in each place:
Prague - 3 full days (4 nights) Vienna - 2 full days (3 nights) Budapest - 2 full days (3 nights)
So perhaps look at the things you want to see in each city (the figures above are without any day trips outside the cities). You may have to drop one of the cities. And don't forget that train travel between Prague and Vienna takes around 4hrs 45mins, while train between Vienna and Budapest takes just under 7hrs, so factor this travel time into your time left in each city.
I'm a little confused by your last Post - you are now talking of flying to Paris from Budapest, yet I thought you were dropping Paris to visit Prague-Vienna-Budapest instead? And why are you returning to Dusseldorf at the end of your trip?

I think we only want to stroll around inside the cities.
Nw if we want to make it as:
21/Sept reach Dusseldorf, spend in Cologne and Munich/Amsterdam till 27/Sept
28/Sept take flight to Prague. It is a morning plane so will reach at 12.45pm. Staying till 1/Oct then will take a train ride to Budapest. It again will be a morning train so will arrive in Budapest by 12.35pm. Will it be safe staying in Prague train station to wait for the train?
3/Oct take flight to Paris Orly (15:10-17:25). in Paris, we just have a walkaround, esp Eiffel tower and also Disneyland one day. Where to live is kindly advised. So, we will stay till 5Oct.
After that, we either return to Munich or Dusseldorf. I have saw comments on taking city night line. Check it and only 43Euro from Paris est station to Munchen station. I'm going to meet with my friends while my friend is flying back to Malaysia from Dusseldorf there.
