OK, here's my take:
England ~London ~Liverpool ~Stonehenge 1 week total Looks good
Ireland ~Dublin ~Giant Causeway (northern ireland) ~balarnie stone in Cork - 5 days total Looks good
Scotland ~Edinburgh ~Glasgow 5 days total Looks good
Netherlands ~Amsterdam 4 days total I'd make this 3 days
Belgium ~ Brussels ~ Bruggs 3 days total Stay in Brugges, day trip to Brussels
Denmark ~Coppenhagen 2 days total Not much point going to Denmark for 2 days, I'd cut this
Poland ~Warsaw ~Krakow 5 days total Haven't been to Poland so I'm not sure
Czech Republic ~Prague 1 week I'd cut this to 5 days and tack on the 2 somewhere else
Austria-Vienna -4 days Looks good
Italy -Rome -Pisa ~Venice ~Florence Tack on some of the extra days from above to Italy
1 week+ 3 days
switzerland -Bern, ~zurich ~geneva 3 days not including geneva Not a fan of these, would go to Lucerne for a couple days and cut out the rest.
france - paris ~vimy ridge ~lyons 1 week Looks good
spain - bunol ~madrid -barcelona ~segovia ~tossa de mar 1 week Tack on some extra days here
portugal -lisbon 4 days Tack on some extra days and go to Lagos as well.
That's how I would do it - my main things being for you to add a couple days to Spain and Italy and to cut Denmark and those places in Switzerland. Maybe it's just us but I found Zurich and Geneva to be really boring - and expensive!!

Poland ~Warsaw ~Krakow 5 days total Haven't been to Poland so I'm not sure
2 days Warsaw, 2 days Krakow, 1 day travelling to/from should be fine
Austria-Vienna -4 days Looks good
If Vienna is your sole stop here then this is too much....2 days is plenty to see Vienna. If you are set on 4 days Austria head off to Salzburg, a much nice spot, for the other two days

5 days for both Warsaw and Krakow will be cutting it a bit fine. Transport through Poland takes forever and you really need at least 3 days to see Krakow (and Auschwitz etc).
With regards to Spain, why are you going to Tossa de Mar? It's primarily a tourist trap, full of pissed up Germans and British.

Hey everyone We'll definitly see about adding a couple days to Portugal as well as Spain as for denmark Kaili's mom's best friend lives there so we're going to stop in to say hi but we'll just add that to the 2 weeks or so in germany
We saw some beaautiful pictures of Tossa de Mar thats why we wanted to go but its not a necessity...
Thats for the advice keep it coming..I'll check back in on monday....by then I should be able to tell you where in GErmany we're going as well.

I agree with Muvver about Poland. I loved Krakow and there are a couple of worthwhile daytrips. I would say at least 3 days in Krakow so as not to rush it.
I liked Bern (but was only there for a daytrip) and Kim is right...Lucerne is a better choice than Geneva and Zurich.
