I've gotten a bunch of clothes from my parents (clothes that fit without a belt! YAY!), and I know I'm getting a bunch of books that I've been wanting. Dunno what else I'll be getting (I don't know where their hiding spots are in their new house! ;D)

no they rarely are jules, but this isn't really a sweater it's a very light woven sweater type thing and it's pink! heehe I love pink. I have a patient that demands I always wear pink when I go see him, I think that's a bit strange but hey whatever it takes right?

Ah ok, fetichism Stanncie, yup, he's really in a messed up mood, kind of sad to see though, I mean, we always had great communication, so it's weird for me to see him broken up to the point he gives me back the business card to a restaurant we went together. And the little bit of paper I wrote the directions to my country place on a year ago... weird! Anyways! xxoxox

It's not quite Christmas morning yet, so haven't actually "opened" any gifts. I did buy a "gift" for myself though, so I do have that in hand already - a new digital SLR Camera for my next trip to Europe! It's a rather extravagant gift, so wouldn't expect my Sons to buy something like that.
I haven't tried it out yet (except for a few "test shots"), as I'm trying to restrain myself until Christmas morning. I did take the liberty of reading through the manuals however, and charging the batteries so that everything is ready to go. There are so many "bells & whistles" in this camera, it's going to take me months to get used to it!
Anyway, will have to wait until the morning to see the rest of the gifts. Hope everyone enjoys their Christmas!
One other point, it doesn't look like we'll have a "white Christmas" here in the Okanagan. There is a bit of residual snow on the ground but the temp's have been about +7C during the day, so it's melting quickly in the rain. There's lots of snow at the local ski resort though (about a 10-degree differential between the valley and the resort), so I imagine they're happy! The resorts at the coast (including Whistler) are getting rained out, so I suspect that Big White and Silver Star will be "packed" for the next week or two.
Good night to all, and to all a good night!

I have a gift that I bet will top everyones!! I got to meet my 2 cousins that I've never met before!! (the crazy part is that their 17 & 19 and I'm 21 & we've never seen each other) Their Mom is divorced from my uncle (who we don't see often either.. maybe 5 times I can remember in my life) & the boys were raised by their mother. Their father took them to my aunts place this Christmas to see all of the family... it was probably the best gift I've got!!

That is soo cool xandra. I know how you feel, my family is very extensive and whenever I visit my native country Peru I always end up meeting some new family member. It's pretty cool cuz i always find similarities between us and such!
